<br /> <br />Eugene Counts <br />Increased downtown development is one of the desired outcomes identified under the Council Goal <br />of Sustainable Development. <br /> <br /> <br />COUNCIL OPTIONS <br /> <br />This work session is an opportunity to provide information and feedback on the proposed Capstone <br />development.
