The agenda item summary for the public hearing
includes reports from the public forums and online survey. Additionally, the staff presentation for this
work session will summarize key themes that have surfaced throughout the public process.

An additional work session is scheduled with the council to discuss the recommendation on May 30.
The May 30 agenda item summary will include the City Manager’s recommendation for council action;
directing staff to move forward with the proposal as presented, or with a modified recommendation.
