Wetlands Mitigation Bank Fee Schedule <br />(Effective June 62012) <br />Per Credit Cost: <br />$55,000 per credit, plus an annual inflationary adjustment based on the U.S. Consumer Price <br />Index -Urban. The first inflationary adjustment will be applied on January 1, 2013. <br />Bulk Credit Purchase (single purchase made within one calendar year *): <br />• 10 credits to 20 credits = 15% discount of the per- credit cost <br />• 20.01 credits to 25 credits = 20% discount of the per- credit cost <br />• 25.01 credits to 30 credits = 25% discount of the per- credit cost <br />• 30.01 credits or more = 30% discount of the per- credit cost. <br />*Upon execution of an agreement with the City, payment for a bulk credit purchase may be <br />made over more than one year (with no interest), not to exceed five years. <br />Reserving Credits: <br />Upon execution of an agreement with the City, credits may be reserved for future purchase at the <br />current year's purchase price. Credits may be reserved for no more than five years. If 10 or more <br />credits are reserved, the bulk credit purchase discount will apply to each credit purchased within <br />the reservation period. If the total number of credits purchased within the reservation period is <br />less than the total number of credits reserved, the purchaser must pay the difference, if any, <br />between the applicable discount rates. <br />Exhibit A to Administrative Order No. 58- 12 -07 -F <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
