to question whether the natural resources inventory removed too much land from the buildable lands supply. <br />Responding to a follow-up question from Mr. Pap~, Ms. Muir said the City was required to evaluate its <br />buildable lands supply through periodic review, which occurred every ten years; the item would be <br />addressed in the next periodic review. <br /> <br /> Mr. Papd, seconded by Ms. Nathanson, moved to separate the items in the <br /> motion. <br /> <br />Ms. Solomon supported the separation of the items as she considered the buildable lands issue key to the <br />City's economic development. <br /> <br /> The motion to separate the items in the motion passed, 5:3; Ms. Taylor, <br /> Mr. Kelly, and Ms. Bettman voting no. <br /> <br /> Mr. Kelly, seconded by Ms. Bettman, moved to table the motion until the <br /> meeting of April 14, 2004, or to an earlier date if staff can adjust the coun- <br /> cil schedule.
