If your store does not take back single-use plastic carryout bags for recycling, why? <br />(Please check all that apply). <br />Of those that do not take back plastic bags, we asked why and received a range of answers <br />shown below. Additionally, 13 respondents wrote in to answer this question as well. Of those 13, <br />eight stated that they do not give out plastic bags so therefore they do not recycle them.
