In order to reduce waste and promote the use of reusable bags, the Eugene City <br />Council is currently considering a city-wide ban on single-use plastic carryout bags. City staff is collecting input from consumers and business owners to provide <br />to the council on Monday, July 23. This consumer survey should take 10 to 15 minutes to <br />complete.
