To carry out the garbage bagging dog waste i reuse and reuse until they have had something in them I can't wash out, by which point they are probably not recyclable due to grease or something similar. Others I reuse over and over and over until they are unusable and then recycle them or throw them away, depending on how clean they are. If I find them piling up in excess, I take them back to the store for recycling or start requesting paper bags and/or using my own bags. Recycle only the bags marked as recyclable I use them to throw away dirty diapers. They are good for many things.
