<br />ATTACHMENT B <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />9.7510 City-Initiation of Applications. <br /> The city council may initiate a Type V application <br />on its own behalf, or in response to a person’s written request filed with the planning <br />director that the city council initiate a land use code or refinement plan amendment. <br />A copy of any staff report shall be mailed to the person requesting initiation of the <br />amendment and, if the request is for a refinement plan amendment, the <br />neighborhood group that includes the area of the refinement plan, at the same time <br />that it is provided to the planning commission. <br /> <br />
