These <br />costs are representative of average conditions and assume that the CP projects are competitively <br />bid. Unit costs include materials and installation. Actual construction cost will vary with site <br />conditions and local factors at time of bidding. <br />Unit cost for trees assumes bare root stock with temporary water for 2 -3 years. <br />Note 3: With respect to Natural Resource Enhancement and Open Waterway Improvement <br />Construction Costs (not included in this table), unit costs were revised (Nov. 2001) for clearing & <br />grubbing, hydroseeding, trees & shrubs, and erosion control.
