If necessary, the swales probably could be "spot renovated" with much less cost and disruption to our <br />neighborhood character and landscape. <br />Section 6.3 says that the proposed capital projects will be funded primarily through stormwater user fees and <br />systems development charges. But does this include the costs of all the local street "improvements" that are <br />proposed in conjunction with the drywell decommissioning?
