............. <br />Letter of support from the Santa Clara Community Organization following edits <br />made in September 2012. <br />SANTA CLARA COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION <br />established 1977 <br />To Lane County Commissioners; <br />October 4, 2012 <br />As Board Members of the Santa Clara Community Organization, we <br />would like to give you an update on our continued involvement <br />in the crafting of the River Road /Santa Clara Stormwater Basin <br />Master Plan. <br />When the plan was last brought to the County Board in March of <br />2010, your Board received letters from members of the Santa <br />Clara And River Road organizations identifying shortcomings in <br />the plan. Since that time, we have continued to work with <br />both the City and County as they modified and finalized the <br />Plan. Attempts to address the identified shortcomings were <br />made including edits to Section 1 and through other City <br />processes. <br />We appreciate that our concerns were heard and issues were <br />clarified. We understand this plan is a blueprint that can <br />guide future work. We look forward to our continued <br />involvement as our community plans for the future. <br />The Santa Clara Community Organization is now supportive of <br />the plan as edited.
