The amended HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE TRACKING <br />INSTRUCTIONS <br />, prepared by the Toxics Board, a copy of which is attached to this Ordinance <br />as Exhibit A, are hereby adopted by the Council for reports due beginning April 1, 2013.
