(i) The applicant has executed, and agrees to maintain in effect for <br />the duration of the tax exemption period, a Rent Regulatory Agreement. <br />(j) The applicant has consented in writing that for the duration of the <br />tax exemption period, the city may inspect the property for which the exemption <br />is granted. <br /> <br /> 3.
