Responses to Substantiation Questions <br />2.1 Describe the specific measures you have taken to safeguard the confidentiality of the <br />chemical identity claimed as trade secret, and indicate whether these measures will <br />continue in the future. <br />2.2 Have you disclosed the information claimed as trade secret to any other person who is not <br />an employee of your company or of a local, state, or federal government entity, or a <br />member of a local emergency planning committee, who has not signed a confidentiality <br />agreement requiring the person to refrain from disclosing the chemical identity to others? <br />Yes <br />No <br />Trade Secret Chemical Code Number is the facility's 9 -digit Tax Identification Number followed by a hyphen <br />followed by a whole number (I, 2, 3 ... n) which uniquely identifies each reportable trade secret chemical.
