MOTION AND VOTE: Councilor Brown, seconded by Farr, moved to approve the provided <br />list of 2015 -2018 STIP priorities for projects within the City of Eugene, and direct staff and <br />the council's MPC and Lane Act representatives to use this list as a guide when representing <br />the City at TPC, MPC and Lane ACT meetings regarding STIP funding.
