<br />e) In tax year 2009, Comcast appealed a significant increase in their taxable assessed value. In tax year 2011,
<br /> the Oregon Supreme Court ruled in favor of Comcast which resulted in a refund.
<br />f) Hynix Semiconductor is no longer in business. Total assessed value is decreasing as equipment is sold.
