MOTION and VOTE: Councilor Poling, seconded by Councilor Pryor moved to direct <br />the City Manager to pursue a City Hall design on the current site with the goal of <br />retaining the Council Chamber, existing parking (to the extent possible) and public art <br />as well as any other components that make sense from an operational or design <br />standpoint. If council chooses any of the options above, staff will be requesting <br />$750,000 to complete this phase of work.
