For the past 22 years, the Hult Center Lobby has been the destination point for foodies and friends to
gather and sample local gastronomic delights while supporting a worthy
cause - the fight against hunger in Lane County.

According to Dawn Marie Woodward, events and media relations
coordinator for FOOD for Lane County, Chefs’ Night Out is one of their
most successful fundraisers because of the number of attendees and the
amount of money raised.

The small plate form allows participating restaurants, wineries and
breweries to showcase their culinary and presentation skills. Locally
owned and operated restaurants in the community contribute staff time
and food to this event, and King Estate Winery is again the title sponsor.

The biggest dinner party in town nearly always sells out, and 100 percent of ticket sales benefit FOOD for Lane County. For
tickets go to http://www.experienceeugene.com/Chefs-Night-Out or call 541-682-5000, or visit the Hult Center Ticket
Office, Tuesday – Friday, from12 – 5 p.m., and Saturday, from11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

EUGENE CITY COUNCIL NEWSLETTER PAGE 2
April 4, 2013
