<br /> <br />The recommendations were made after reviewing the Evaluation Committee’s <br />recommendation, holding several meetings to discuss policy and decision impacts, <br />a 30 day comment period (no comments were received), and a public hearing. <br /> <br />These decisions, by the way, were not easy to make as they required a careful <br />balancing of needs and priorities.
