Attachment C - Application Materials <br />LANE COUNTY LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY COMMISSION <br />FINAL ORDER 1275 <br />Approved: February 2, 2006 <br />Effective: May 17, 2006 (ORS 199.519) <br />( File C EU 06 — 10 <br />( In the Matter of Annexing Territory <br />( To the City of Eugene <br />- Legal Description Attached as Exhibit A - <br />WHEREAS, a petition by the property owners was filed on January 3, 2006 —in <br />accordance with ORS 199.490(1)(c} —for annexation of territory to the City of Eugene, was <br />modified by the boundary commission, and is described in attached Exhibit A and shown on <br />attached map Exhibit B; and, <br />WHEREAS, the commission duly published notice of the public hearing in accordance <br />with ORS 199.463 and in accordance with the rules of the commission and ORS 199.452(1), <br />conducted a public hearing on February 2, 2006; and, <br />WHEREAS, on the basis of the study of the proposal, which considered economic, <br />demographic, and sociological trends and physical development of the land including the <br />applicable comprehensive plan, and of the public hearing, the commission approved the modified <br />proposal and made the findings and reasons attached as Exhibit C. <br />NOW THEREFORE IT IS ORDERED: That the area described be a part of the City of <br />Eugene. <br />ORDERED BY THE LANE COUNTY LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY <br />COMMISSION THIS 2n DAY OF FEBRUARY 2006. <br />NOTE: In actor a e tS 199 . 510 ( 2 )(a), the subject territory will be automatically withdrawn <br />from the i ura i rotection District. a ara <br />= r'�r and � , iemai n r itna tl�estie� tllxwthclrawn tir ra e procee mgs of <br />gPnP ;n a��ordance with�0 <br />In accordance with ORS 199.510(2)(c), the territory is hereby a part of the Lane County Metropolitan <br />Wastewater Service District. <br />pt: LCBC: L:IBCIFOLIPM200610EU0610 F02.DOC <br />Last Saved: February 1, 2006 <br />
