(6) Violation of Section 5.155(6) is punishable by fine not to exceed $150. <br /> Each subsequent violation within the same prohibited time period shall <br /> constitute a separate violation, and in addition to the penalty provided <br /> herein, the vehicle may be towed and taken to a storage area <br /> designated by the city and may be impounded, all at the expense of the <br /> owner or person entitled to possession of the vehicle, <br /> <br /> Section 2. The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concurrence of the <br />City Attorney, is authorized to administratively correct any reference errors contained <br />herein or in other provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971, to the provisions added, <br />amended or repealed herein. <br /> <br /> Section 3. Certain Bills passed at the 2003 Legislation Session that amend the <br />state traffic laws became effective, therefore, it is necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, welfare and safety for this Ordinance to have immediate effect.
