This Resolution is effective immediately upon its passage by the City <br />Council. The annexation and automatic rezoning of the land as follows: on the west side of <br />North Delta Highway, from R- 1 /SR/UL to R -1 /SR; and, on the east side of North Delta <br />Highway, from AG/UL to AG.
