<br />Exhibit Q <br /> <br />EXHffiIT A <br /> <br />SITUATED in Lane County, State of Oregon in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 35 in ToWnship 16 <br />South, Range 4 West of the Willamette Meridian and described as follows: . <br /> <br />BEING all of the .lands that were conveyed to David W. Newell and Kimberlee Newell by that <br />certain Warranty Deed recorded October 5, 2001 at Recorder's Number 2001-066002 in the Official <br />Records of Lane County, State of Oregon, the perimeter boundary of said lands being more <br />particularly descnbed as follows: <br /> <br />'BEGINNING ata point on the East line of the James Watson Donation Land Claim No. 41, Township <br />16 South, Range 4.
