<br />Section 12. The territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed to the City of Eugene on May
<br />19, 2003, by Final Order No. 1210 of the Lane County Local Government Boundary
<br />Commission approved on April 3, 2003, as bounded and described as follows:

<br />Tax Lot 2700 and a portion of Tax Lot 2400, Assessor's Map
<br />17 -04-11-44, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene,
<br />north of Beltline Road, west of River Road, north of Santa Clara
<br />Avenue, east of Belmont Street, and more particularly described
<br />on Exhibit L attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference
<br />(Eugene Fire Station, C ED 03-07)

<br />is hereby withdrawn from the Santa Clara Water District, effective July 1,2004.

<br />Section 13. The territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed to the City of Eugene on May

<br />is hereby withdrawn from the Santa Clara Water District, effective July 1, 2004.
