is hereby withdrawn from the Santa Clara Water District, effective July 1, 2004. Section 23. The territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed to the City of Eugene on January 20, 2004, by Final Order No. 1228 of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission approved on December 4,2003, as bounded and described as follows: Tax Lot 1111, and :l: 0.74 acres of Ladarrah Street right-of-way, Assessor's Map 17-04-11-32, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, north of Beltline Road, west of River Road, north of Irving Road, east of Ladarrah Street, and more particularly described on Exhibit W attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (Hart/Ladarrah Street, C ED 03-54) is hereby withdrawn from the Santa Clara Water District, effective July 1, 2004. Section 24. The territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed to the City of Eugene on January 20, 2004, by Final Order No. 1229 of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission approved on December 4,2003, as bounded and described as follows: Tax Lots 600 and 700, and :l: 0.29 acres of Oroyan Avenue right- of-way, Assessor's Map 17-04-02-13, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, north of Beltline Road, east of River Road, south of Spring Creek Drive, west of Shannon Street, and more particularly described on Exhibit X attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (Sayles/Oroyan Avenue, C ED 03-55) is hereby withdrawn from the Santa Clara Water District, effective July 1, 2004. Section 25. The City Recorder is requested to forward a copy of this Ordinance to the above referred to Districts.
