The adopted refinement plans that generally apply to this area include the Fairmount/UO <br /> Special Area Study, the Eugene Arterial and Collector Street Plan, and the Euaene Local <br /> Street Plan~ The proposed code amendments are consistent with applicable provisions <br /> of the Metro Plan, as described above (refer to findings, above, for applicable Metro Plan <br /> policies related to Comprehensive Plan Diagram amendment criteria in EC 9.7730(3)(b).) <br /> The proposed code amendments do not affect any of the adopted policies within either <br /> the Eugene Arterial and Collector Street Plan or the Eugene Local Street Plan, and do not <br /> affect any street classification on the Street Classification Map adopted as part of the <br /> Eugene Arterial and Collector Street Plan. Therefbre, the proposed code amendments do <br /> not apply to either of those adopted refinement plan. <br /> <br />(3) In the case of establishment ora special area zone, is consistet~t with EC 9,3020 Crt'teria <br />for Establishment of an S Special Area Zone. <br /> <br />The amendments do not establish a special area zone. <br /> <br /> Exhibit D - Page 16 <br /> <br /> <br />
