2. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />a. Approval of City Council Minutes <br />Suggested motion: I move to approve the minutes of the April 11, 2012, Work Session, April 18, 2012, <br />Work Session, April 23, 2012, Work Session, April 23, 2012, Regular Meeting, April 25, 2012, Work <br />Session, and May 9, 2012, Work Session. <br />b. Approval of Tentative Working Agenda <br />Suggested motion: I move to approve the items on the Tentative Working Agenda. <br />MOTION AND VOTE <br />Councilor Brown, seconded by Councilor Farr, moved to approve the items on the Consent Calendar. <br />PASSED 8 -0 <br />3. PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION: <br />Resolution 5062 Adopting a Supplemental Budget; Making Appropriations for the City of Eugene for <br />the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2011 and Ending June 30, 2012 <br />This item is to conduct a public hearing and take action on the second supplemental budget for fiscal year <br />2012. This supplemental budget recognizes new revenues and authorizes other changes in legal <br />appropriations. <br />Public Hearing (1 participant) <br />John Barofsky, Budget Committee, clarified several issues associated with proposed Supplemental Budget. <br />Mayor Piercy determined that no councilor objected to taking immediate action. <br />MOTION AND VOTE <br />Councilor Brown, seconded by Councilor Farr, moved to approve a resolution adopting a supplemental <br />budget; making appropriations for the City of Eugene for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2011, and ending <br />June 30, 2012.
