J <br />SANTA CLARA -RIVER ROAD OUTREACH AND LEARNING PROJECT <br />In February of 2011, the SCRROL Leadership Team with assistance of Cogito Partners <br />began planning an ambitious outreach agenda. In May, volunteers stepped out into <br />the community and began talking with residents. Cogito is a provider of <br />public involvement and strategic planning services. Cogito's role was to guide the public <br />outreach process, analyze outreach outcomes and serve as a liaison between the SCRROL <br />Leadership Team, City staff, and volunteers. (See Appendix A) <br />Through the SNAP grant, SCRROL received support services from City of Eugene <br />Neighborhood Services.
