Peonk--ji <br />The Santa Clara Community Organization neighborhood is a vibrant neighorhood of 20,231 <br />people located in north Eugene. This section of the neighborhood profile looks at the characteristics <br />of the people living within the Santa Clara Community Organization neighborhood related to race, <br />ethnicity, age, gender, veteran status and education. <br />Race and Ethnicity <br />Neighborhoods are comprised of many people with <br />unique histories, backgrounds, culture, and stories. <br />Understanding racial and ethnic diversity within our <br />neighborhoods is also important to understanding <br />and connecting with our neighbors. <br />The U.S. Census Bureau recognizes racial identity <br />and ethnic identity as distinct characteristics.
