Land Use &Zoning <br />The character and future development of our neighborhoods are greatly affected by the land use <br />and zoning decisions that influence different kinds of development. Zoning and land use have a <br />strong influence on our neighborhood's sense of place and estalish a blueprint for future changes. <br />The Santa Clara Community Organization neighborhood has a total of 4,242 acres. <br />V ZOTWE <br />Neighborhoods are often defined <br />by how land within them is <br />currently being used. This means <br />not only residential, commercial <br />and industrial uses, but also roads, <br />religious and recreational uses. <br />The graph to the right displays <br />how the neighborhood is <br />divided into different land <br />uses.
