On the blank paper provided, record <br />opinions about the importance of each value or any values you would like <br />added. <br /> <br />5) After discussing, each participant places one dot on each of the values <br />they feel is most important-a total of five dots per person. <br /> <br />6) When finished, give the values sheet to a staff person for tabulation. <br /> <br />Question #2 Instructions: <br /> <br />1) Look at the sheet with Questions 2 & 3. <br /> <br />2) As a group discuss the Question #2: "How important is it to you to have <br />patrol facilities on the same site as city hall?" <br /> <br />3) Share your opinions, have the note taker record opinions on the blank <br />paper provided. <br /> <br />4) When finished discussing, each participant places one dot along the scale <br />to indicate their opinion of the importance of this issue. <br /> <br />Question #3 Instructions: <br /> <br />1) As a group discuss Question #3: "How important is it to you to have <br />patrol facilities located downtown?" <br /> <br />2) Share your opinions, have the note taker record opinions on the blank <br />paper provided. <br /> <br />3) When finished discussing, each participant places one dot along the scale <br />to indicate their opinion of the importance of this issue. <br /> <br />4) When finished, give the sheet to a staff person for tabulation. <br />
