Public meeting spaces!
. Plaza
. Water feature
. Public art
. Well connected to public transit
. Multicultural representation
. Interesting design (visually)
. No food and beverage service.
. Use downtown businesses.
. More people, helping public and less kiosks.
. No, no, no private business in City Hall. Why can't government be government?
. City Hall should concentrate on city services, not trendy food and beverage places. Open
space is desirable, but should be elevated and planned to complement city service
prOVISIon.
. Meeting space, informational kiosks. City Hall should not be a place for commerce.
. Office for City Councilors.
. All those enumerated here sound good.
. Greenery, quiet spaces, and water.

The JD White Company, Inc.

Page 6

April 2006
