<br />ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 53-06-03-F <br />of the <br />City Manager <br /> <br />ADOPTING THE WEST EUGENE <br />ENTERPRISE ZONE AUTHORIZATION APPLICATION FEE <br /> <br />The City Manager of the City of Eugene finds as follows: <br /> <br />A. Pursuant to the authority of ORS 285C.140 and the provisions of Section 2.020 of <br />the Eugene Code, 1971, on March 20, 2006 I issued Administrative Order No. 53-06-03 <br />notifying the Mayor and City Councilors that I intended to adopt the West Eugene Enterprise <br />Zone Authorization Application Fee as set forth in the Notice attached as Exhibit A thereto. <br /> <br />B. The Notice was also published in the Register Guard, a newspaper of general <br />circulation within the City of Eugene and posted at two locations at City Hall on March 24, <br />2006, and made available for inspection by interested persons at the City of Eugene Planning & <br />Development Department, Community Services Division, 99 W. 10th Avenue, Eugene, Oregon <br />97401, during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive <br />of holidays). The Notice provided that written comments would be received thereon for a period <br />of 15 days from the date of publication and posting. No comments were received within the time <br />and in the manner required by the Notice. <br /> <br />C. Based on the above findings, and the findings in Administrative Order 53-06-03, I <br />find establishment of the fee as proposed is consistent with ORS 285C.140 and OAR 123-065- <br />0220 and applicable policies and directives of the City Council, and should be established as <br />proposed. <br /> <br />On the basis of these findings, I hereby order that: <br /> <br />1. The following fee is hereby established as the fee to be charged for processing an <br />authorization application for the West Eugene Enterprise Zone: <br /> <br />Application Fee <br /> <br />1I25th of 1 % (.0004) of the applicant's total estiinated <br />cost of investment. <br /> <br />The application fee must be submitted with the application, and any refunds will <br />be in accordance with the provisions of OAR 123-065-0220. <br /> <br />2. The above fee shall be applicable for all applications submitted after the effective <br />date of this order. <br /> <br />Dated and effective this ~ay of April, <br /> <br /> <br />De nis M.
