EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />Pursuant to Oregon Revised Statute 192.660(1)(h), the council entered into executive session. <br /> <br />Mayor Torrey adjourned the executive session and the council entered back into the work session. <br />Councilors agreed to consider the Consent Calendar scheduled for adoption at the regular meeting at this <br />time. <br /> <br />2.
