Occasionally, amendments are made to the document to reflect updated processes. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br />At the September 8, 2004, council process session, several revisions were approved by consensus to the <br />City Council Operating Agreements. The changes include some minor housekeeping adjustments, as <br />well as to reinstate Section 9.03, "Attending Conferences and Other Meetings." <br /> <br />RELATED CITY POLICIES <br />No policy issues are related directly to consideration of this resolution. <br /> <br />COUNCIL OPTIONS <br />The City Council may choose to 1) adopt the revisions and Resolution Number 4812 as submitted; 2) <br />offer suggestions for modified language; or 3) not adopt the resolution. <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATION <br />The City Manager recommends approval of the proposed resolution. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION <br />Move to approve Resolution Number 4812 amending Eugene City Council Operating Agreements and <br />repealing Resolution Number 4777. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />A.
