2.PUBLIC FORUM <br /> <br /> <br /> Mayor: The Public Forum is an opportunity for individuals to speak to the City <br />Council on any city-related issues except for those items which have already been <br />heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight’s agenda as a public hearing. <br /> <br />Each person will have three minutes to speak. When you come to the podium, <br />please give your name, city of residence, and, for Eugene residents, your ward if <br />known. The timer and lights indicate the time you have to speak.
