<br />On March 23, 2006, the first of four Community Forums was held for the purpose of generating <br />public input to inform the City Council’s decision-making process on issues related to the City <br />Hall Complex Master Plan. Nearly 100 people participated. The program included an introduc- <br />tory presentation regarding key issues, and small group exercises—which led into large group <br />discussions—to facilitate a discussion of the questions posed regarding the project values and <br />police consolidation options.
