There is already way too much student <br />housing and the market is glutted. <br />Boom bust cycles are partially caused by the manipulation of the government. Please end the subsidies for out <br />of state corporations. Please stop picking the winners and losers. Leave the market alone. <br />The idea that people will only build if the government exempts them from paying their fair share of taxes is <br />totally naive.
