2012 Complaints: Statistics and Review <br />The Auditor's Office received 341 total complaints in 2012 — a decrease of 5% from 2011 (when we <br />received 361 complaints), but an increase from 2010 (when we received only 326 complaints). Inquiries continued to rise — 93 in 2012 compared to 54 in <br />2011.
