MWMC will reimburse the City $4,225 for adjustment <br />work that was done to their facilities. The City costs include the additional width of paving <br />(beyond the seven or ten foot width assessable to properties), intersections, medians, bike lanes, <br />street lights, street trees, and non-assessable storm drainage system costs. Assessment financing, <br />a lO-year payment plan through the City, is available to all property owners within the <br />improvement district as required by Eugene Code, Chapter 7. <br /> <br />The estimated assessments, made at the time the district was formed were lower than the final <br />assessments.
