Move development of the park ahead -less than 10 years. 20 dots. <br />2. Purchase 100 acres around the park as part of the November Bond <br />Measure. 10 dots. <br />3. Parks supply a key for new bridge access to neighborhood watch <br />responsible individual. 2 dots. <br />4. Install access bridge for emergency vehicle use (Estimated Sept 2006 <br />completion).
