ORDINANCE NO. 13J'" An Ordinance vacating the following easement, to-wit: Utility Easement in Block 5 of the Pirst, "dition to Pine Ridge Pa;rk more particularly described as being the East 7 feet of Lot 5 and Lot 3 of Block 5 and the West 7 Feet of Lot 4 cf Block 5 of the First Addition to 8'- Ridge Park as platted and rec(u::o.ed at Eugene, Lane County, OrE~gon. WHEREAS, on :t:.h.e 25th day of May, 1951. the Common Council of 'the City of Eugene passed Ordinance Number 13491 setting a hearin(J tOl; July 13, 1964, in the Council Chambers at which time and place protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above described easement: and; WHERBAS" due notice was duly and regularly given o.f said hearing and a hearing was held pursuant to said ordinance in the Council Oha:mbe.ca at the ... C - -y Hall in Eugene I Oregon, on Monday I July 13, 1964 J at 7:30 P.M.. Itacific Daylight Time, and at said time and place the Conne'll heard all objections1 and WHEREAS., all persons owning property abutting upon said easentent to be vacated have consented to said vacation and h-1.ve applied for the same; THE CITY OJ; EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Common Council of the City of Eugene fi.nds that due and regular notice of said hearing was publi.shed and posted as by law required and that no valid objection has been made at said neari.ng or ..filed. That. t.h9 consent of the owners of the abutting prope:rt~ have been duly and regularly filed in said proceedings and that the public interest will not be prejucliced by the vacation of said eaSe- ment. ~action 2..
