The Pledge ofAllegiance to the flag was led hn five students from 8ridgewa <br />House. <br />I. Nick Moll, presented information about bei sustainable, green and wise with resources. <br />Z 8n0ie Ford, presented information about being sustainable, green and wise with resources <br />3. Megan Kemple, asked the council tn support legislation re{utodtoclinuatecbauge. <br />4 David Gizur4 Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee, conveyed recommendations for <br />improvements to Willamette Street. <br />5. Alley Valkyrie, expressed concern about the actions of the Downtown Guides. <br />3. APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />A. Approval of City Council Minutes <br />& Approval of Tentative Working Agenda <br />MOTION AND VOTE: Councilor Poling, seconded hn Councilor Pryor, moved tn <br />approve the items on the Consent Calendar. PASSED: 7:0, Councilor Clark absent. <br />4. PUBLIC HEARING: An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 20508 to Extend the <br />Temporary Suspension of Multiple Unit Property Tax Exemptions (MUPTE) und <br />Sections 2.945 and 2.947 of the Eugene Code, 1971, Through July 31,201� <br />1. Dennis Casad supported the permanent suspension of MUPTE. <br />Councilor Clark arrived ot the meeting via conference phone nt6k00/tm. <br />
