6. The benefits obtained by businesses from operations at the airport; <br />7. The need for a variety of economically viable Ground Transportation <br />Activities at the airport; and <br />8. Applicable user fee policies set by the City Council. <br />On the basis of these findings: <br />1. Effective July 1, 2013, the Airport Fee Schedule is amended as set forth in Exhibit <br />A attached to this Order, and Administrative Order No. 58- 12 -08 -F is repealed. <br />2. The unamended fees established by Administrative Order No. 58- 12 -08 -F remain <br />in full force and effect and are incorporated into the fee schedule attached as Exhibit A to this <br />Order. <br />3. A copy of this Order shall be mailed to persons who have requested a copy of the <br />Order and to the person who submitted the comment. A copy shall also be forwarded to the <br />Mayor and City Councilors. Unless a request for Council review is made by two Councilors <br />within ten days of the date of this Order, the Order and attached fee schedule shall become final <br />on the 11 day after the date of this Order. <br />Dated this l e day of June, 2013. <br />Timothy W11, Airport Manager <br />This Order becomes final on June, 5 , 2013. <br />Administrative Order - Page 2 of 2 <br />
