COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />City councilors provided updates from the Police Commission, Lane Workforce Partnership, and <br />Lane Transit District/EmX. The Harlow Neighbors was also recognized for its selection as the <br />Neighborhood of the Year at the 203 Neighborhoods USA conference. <br />B.
