In the case of those proposed <br />developments that are determined to have a potential for exceptional water usage, the City Engineer may require that the Owner(s) <br />enter into an agreement with the City to review water usage or wastewater discharge at such time the development is in full use or <br />production as the final basis of the local wastewater SDC.
