Attachment C <br />RESOLUTION NO. _____ <br />A RESOLUTION ELECTING TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUE SHARING <br />FUNDS PURSUANT TO SECTION 221.770 OF OREGON REVISED STATUTES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, A Municipal <br />Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows: <br /> Section 1. The City of Eugene, Oregon, for the fiscal year starting July 1, <br />2013, and ending June 30, 2014, elects to receive distribution of funds from <br />State Revenue Sharing pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes Section 221.770. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The Finance Director of the City of Eugene is hereby requested to <br />file a copy of this Resolution with the Department of Administrative Services of <br />the State of Oregon as prescribed by Oregon Revised Statutes Section 221.770. <br />The foregoing Resolution adopted the 24th day of June, 2013. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />____________________________ <br />City Recorder <br />
