RESOLUTION 4812 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING EUGENE CITY COUNCIL <br /> OPERATING AGREEMENTS AND <br /> REPEALING RESOLUTION NUMBER 477?. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> <br /> A. On June 14, 1999, Or&nance No. 20156 was adopted amending secnon 2.007 of the Eugene <br />Code, 1971, concerning regular meetings and council ground rules. <br /> <br /> B. On April 12, 1999, the Eugene C~ty Council Operating Agreements were adopted by <br />Resolution No. 4588 and subsequently amended by Resolution No. 4590 on June 14, 1999. The Eugene C~ty <br />Council considered further amendments to the Operating Agreements on July 31, 2000. On September 25, <br />2000, the Operating Agreements were amended by Resolutmn 4645. On January 31, 2001 the Eugene C~ty <br />Council meeting rewsions to the Operating Agreements were &scussed and approved by a vote of the <br />members. These amendments were formally adopted ~n Resolutmn Number 4663. On May 21, 2001, <br />Resolution 4671 was adopted by the City Council to amend the Operating Agreements as requested by the <br />C~ty Council. On September 9, 2002, the Eugene City Council approved Resolution 4739, to adopted the <br />revmmns to the Operating Agreements made ~n August and September of 2002. On September 22, 2003, the <br />Eugene C~ty Council adopted Resolution 4777, to formally approve and adopt the revm~ons to the Operating <br />Agreement agreed upon at the September 10, 2003, meeting. <br /> <br /> C. Rews~ons have been requested the Operating Agreements and were agreed to by the C~ty <br />Counml on September 8, 2004. It ~s necessary to approve the rew.sions in order that the Operating <br />Agreements reflect the desire of the City Council. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, a Municipal <br />Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Based on the above findings, the Council amends the Eugene City Council Operating <br />Agreements, referred to as ground rules ~n the Eugene Code, 1971., as set forth m Exhibit A attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
