Therefore, this criterion is satisfied. <br />(5) Siting Requirements in addition to those at EC 9.8865 Zone Change Approval Criteria. <br />The proposed S -DR Zone (Exhibit B S -DR Downtown Riverfront Special Area Zone) contains a <br />'Siting Requirements' section codified as EC 9.3140.
