Figure <br />4 -2 illustrates how parcels can reinforce the framework and <br />introduce a finer grain of urban form. <br />Block geometries and parcel dimensions have been tested for <br />basic feasibility in relationship to known building types and <br />parking strategies. Parcel recommendations also respond to the <br />differing character of the property's sub -areas (e.g., the Central <br />Blocks versus parcels West of the Viaduct). <br />22 ■ Rowell Brokaw Architects <br />
